Scope of Service

Dofeeds.com offers:

• Fully managed data migration between eCommerce platforms
• Custom supplier feed integrations
• Product, order, stock, and page syncing using secure data processing methods

We serve Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, and other platforms on a case-by-case basis.

Pricing & Credit Usage

A. Credit System

• All sync and migration operations are based on a credit system
• 1 unit (e.g., product, page, collection) = 1 credit
• $1 = 100 credits
• Credits are purchased in advance and do not expire

B. Setup Fees

• A one-time $500 USD setup fee may apply for:
• 1. New supplier integrations
• 2. Custom data mapping beyond standard fields

C. Quotes

• We provide upfront credit estimates before any job begins
• If the actual data exceeds the estimate significantly, we will contact you before proceeding

Payments

• All services must be paid in full before execution
• Accepted payments include standard online payment methods
• Non-payment may result in pausing or termination of sync services

Data Ownership & Confidentiality

• You retain full ownership of your product, customer, and order data
• We do not sell, share, or use your data for any purpose other than fulfilling your service request
• All access is strictly controlled, and we adhere to industry-standard confidentiality practices

Limitations & Exclusions

We are not responsible for issues caused by:

• Third-party platform outages (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
• Supplier-side errors, feed changes, or API limits
• Hosting provider or infrastructure issues outside our control

Service Availability

Our support and operations are active Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 11 PM IST. We aim to respond to issues within:

• 2 hours during working hours
• 12 hours if reported outside working hours

Refund Policy

Credits purchased are non-refundable once services have begun. If a technical fault on our part prevents successful completion, we’ll work with you to resolve or provide partial refunds where appropriate.

Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services:

• After 1 month of unpaid dues
• If misuse, abuse, or violation of these terms is detected

All data may be removed after prolonged inactivity or non-payment.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Clients will be notified via email or website notifications in advance of significant changes.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Punjab, India, where Webgarh Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is registered.
